After first delivering the wrong chair they successfully got the correct one delivered promptly. Delivery guys were very friendly and careful not to damage my home or the furniture. I was very happy with the service.

I would give them zero stars. I ordered four bar stools seven months ago and they still have not arrived. They have a 50% deposit required which was 2,000. I disputed with credit card company to no avail. Ridiculous. I tried to cancel one week after ordering and they said it was a special order and they wouldn’t cancel. Stay away from this place. Month after month the bar stools are to be delivered.

Recently received our leather furniture. Absolutely love it so far. Comfortable and really good quality. We ordered long before needing it. So when we got the okay to move in...it was delivered within 3 days. Great service from working with our sales representative Karen to the delivery guys being careful placing the furniture.

Priced higher than most, but diverse selection Currently helpful Sales Staff (was not always the case, some are slightly pretentious). Did find a great leather sofa. Just be wary of deliver, not all items available before the end of this year!
