Highwater has a nice covered outdoor patio for those who still prefer outdoor dining. But their service is slow if you’re seated outside. The food is tapa sized, so make sure to order a few dishes if you want to share. Some of my favorites would be coconut shrimp and pork belly bun. The chill environment is definitely good for dates, but otherwise nothing special.

Hawaiian restaurant in Astoria Queens. I love Hawaiian food but not this place. I never tried food that bad . First of all service not professional we waited to order because waitress was busy eating right on the floor after we ordered they bring appetizers with one entree and I have to wait for my. Food had no flavor. Gravy just no flavor consistency is horrible no seasoning and brown avocado how can you serve that. Coconut shrimp just grease coating with no coconut never tried shrimps that bad. Skewers so dry. Rice is mushy . It’s amazing not one dish that you can be ok with. Anyway if you hungry for Hawaiian food please just take your time and travel to the city and go to Noreetuh best Hawaiian food.

Super cute place to come for some drinks. They close super late so it is definitely a good option to come late night to seat down and enjoy some drinks and good food. (I got the tacos when I visited). It takes a little while to get your order ready, but maybe bc when it was too crowded. The staffs are super nice though.
