Windows are very secure. Don't need to leave them open. Don't leave them open.

Has anyone had a new pool enclosure built with them in the last 24 months? Pros?Cons?

I don't know about that but they did a great job on sun room, used all aluminum no maintenance. Stop in show room in Crystal River or call them they are honest and friendly. Just be prepared it took 6 months because of being busy.
