My mother n law was recently at cypress cove from an infection. The hospital did surgery got all the infection out. Went to cypress cove to get the care that she needed to recover boy that was a mistake..The head nurse told us that they were running low on supplies. We offered to go get supplies but the nurse declined. They took the wound vac off and we noticed my mother n law was very Grey in color and Had the runs.something was wrong. When we notified several people saying she needs to go to the hospital they denied the request and said several more tests need to be ran. come the next day they took her to the hospital where she died that day..

A friend who needed some rehab due to a fall and some weakness, chose Cypress Cove. In just a couple of weeks their rehab team was able to strengthen him and get him returned home to his family. I highly recommend this rehab facility.

Most people Do not care about the people in there. My father is a paraplegic and therefore can not get himself out of the beds. They left him in bed in the same position for so long that his legs will not unbend and he is in the fetal position at all times. When he first went there he used to be able to get up for a little while and sit in his chair or go outside but he’s slowly going crazy because they just leave him in bed in his room all day. All he sees is people walking by in the hallways. He used to be so excited about physical therapy and he could use the leg pedal bikes but now he can not straighten his legs. Yesterday specifically he was wanting to try to get out of bed for once and they told him “we don’t feel like doing that or putting you to bed later “ as if he was a child. How would it make you feel to not be “allowed” out of bed as a grown man.
