I haven't been to the dentist in a really long time so I was not happy about having to resume my regular visits again. However, I just finished my first visit at Kew Gardens Dental Arts and I could not be happier with my experience. Every single member of this team is welcoming, accommodating, and kind. They all provided me essential information and support as I moved through my visit. I especially appreciated the honesty surrounding the cost of care for what I needed work on and ensuring I could cover those out of pocket costs PRIOR to signing up for that work. I didn't feel like I was pressured into getting any work done which was really comforting, this isn't something that normally happens, from my experience in medical care and with dentists. Finally, I got a cleaning and two fillings done on the same day. Although I'm still numb, the doctor was especially open to my sensitivity. I have a few conditions and he didn't start working on anything until I was fully numb and I couldn't feel anything. I have always spent a lot of time at the dentist squirming and nearly crying from the discomfort of getting cavities filled because I am so sensitive; even with the numbing agent, I feel them in there. However, this time, I felt really none of the work they were doing in there, just pressure from them pushing down. I appreciated my entire experience, and I'm not sure I've ever said that about a visit to the dentist! I look forward to continuing my care with KGDA and their phenomenal staff!

The offices are clean and are inviting, and the staff members are professional and helpful. I always receive high-quality service at this place.

Getting services from Kew Gardens Dental Arts is worth it. They follow up on all of their promises. Seriously, Dr Aly is one talented cosmetic dentist. He fixed up my swollen gums and realigned my teeth with such perfection. I highly recommend trying them out.
