Positive: The hotel was in a nice and quiet neighborhood. It was lovely seeing families on the street playing since I was on a solo trip I wanted to make sure that I felt safe where I was staying. And this had that. Negative: Came back to my room one evening and my door was not fully closed after the cleaning staff cleaned up for the day.

Positive: Great storage space. Incredibly comfortable bed. Smart TV. Negative: Light switches are in very odd locations. Door to shower should be better sealed and would be best to have a rather opaque door so the shower and toilet can be privately used simultaneously. Shelf in shower just collects water.

Positive: The location to overall things to do in Brooklyn Negative: The staff was hit or miss. 2 of the front desk staff were nice and friendly. The one checking us had zero personality and was not friendly at all.

This place is definitely a good place to rest. The decor give it a city vibe and they have a back patio. The rooms are spacious I also had a balcony (extra plus). This hotel is in the cut. I don't like that there is no near by deli in the neighborhood. We had water issues and the gentleman at the desk was a great assist on fixing our issue. Definitely will be visiting again..
