MRT ACE Lawn & Garden Center of Port Charlotte

This is not the same MRT as the Venice store. At the Venice store the selections are vast and well organized, and the staff is always cheerful, helpful, and quick to provide any answers or assistance you need. Not so at the Port Charlotte location. There you will have to hunt down help (most are meandering near the checkout) and they don't seem especially happy to work there. Also, I just sat on hold for 31 minutes waiting for a response to a simple question regarding stock on hand. (I could have hung up long before that but thought I'd see if anyone noticed the blinking phone. Nope.) Do yourself a favorite and travel the extra miles to the Venice store. You'll be glad you did!

Throughout the years we loved to shop in many Ace stores, even they to my opinion are slightly overpriced...we like them and specially this one - it's a real treasure, you will find everything there - they have amazing selection of plants (indoors and outdoors ones), store stuff is very attentive but not invasive, we're planning to use them after we finish building our house to get our beach style decorations and indoor and outdoor plans and household items we need..! 👍🏡🥰💸🌴🌱🏡💸🌴🤗👍

This place is amazing. By far this was the best ACE I have ever been to. From the minute you walk in the store its a awe sensation. Friendly staff and the layout of the store is spot on. Great job all around..

My new favorite place to shop for all things plants!! Not only do they have a gorgeous selection laid out to make it simple to find shade, partial shade and full sun varieties but the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our first visit so much that we went back just a few days later to pick up some more flowers. P.S. They even have beach decor! 💕
