Last two times I have been here the same thing happened. When I was next in line an online order came in. Now I sit and watch as both the people behind the counter make 4 sandwiches and ignore me. First time I asked to order and was informed that the online order of 5 sandwiches needed to be completed first. The second time I asked for the contact information of the owner. They asked why. I told them that I wanted to make a complaint. They told me to go online to the subway website and complain there. It's unfortunate as this was my favorite location...but if they are going to make no effort to serve a customer in front of them so they can have all their effort put into an online order, I am not going to seek out that experience.

Ordered online and missing chips. Not first time this has happened and zero resolution each time. Tried calling and they won’t answer the phone. Emailed and no response

So walked on and they are not taking walk in customers. So you can't walk in and order food. Will.turn you away. So order online or on app. But don't show up to restraint will.tell.you can't serve walk in.

My wife ordered several subway sandwiches for our family and we were largely disappointed with how they were put together. Very sloppy. I ended up throwing most of mine in the trash can. I’m thinking perhaps the manager or owner needs to have a pep talk about pride in your work and recognizing pride in a job well done. Remember, quality never costs as much as the money it saves.

Subway was open earlier I don't work there I would call first and find out what they want you to do
