Julie knows her stuff!! My partner and I just moved into a home right behind their shop and finally got to stop in, we went in looking for the pods and coils for the vapes we know and love, unfortunately they didn't have what we were looking for due to shortages in supplies. Definitely not the shops fault. This shop has lots of easy parking and is a big open space with tons of options for e-juice, nic Saltz, devices, disposables and im sure more. Julie helped us and was beyond helpful without being egotistical about it which is hard to come by in a vape shop these days, we could tell that she was sharing her knowledge for our benefit not hers. She wasn't pushy or just trying to make the sale at all, she gave us all the information we needed to know and use our devices the right way and get the best longest results out of them. I will forever refer to her as 'the Pro Tip queen'!! HOV has a gem of an employee in Julie for sure! The other guys were pretty cool too, didn't catch their names but the 3 of them were super friendly and most importantly knowledgeable and helpful! Highly recommended 👌
