I would like to say that my experience at Genesis Family Practice has been wonderful for more than four years. Jessie is very knowledgeable, special, very kind, loving, caring and very professional with me as a patience. She helps me in every way possible, because she worries about my health. I would recommend her to everyone. The staff in general are very good in what they do. Everyone is polite and seems to care and always with a smile and willing to help. It took me quite some time, over a year in fact, to find a primary care physician and nurse like Jessie, that I would like and a great staff in general that would really care. I really wonder sometimes if Dr Jay knows how horrible the experience is unless people go to him. I have heard rave reviews about him but his staff (other than Jessie and Pamela Brown ((who left)) is horrible! My husband has chronic illnesses and has to come in every time their doctors leave, pay a copay even though we may have been there a week before because the new person has never seen him. It is utterly ridiculous! The last thing a chronically Ill person should have to deal with is fighting to keep their life saving meds filled because this office has such huge turn over!!
