Nurses couldn't care less for your child's needs. Was seen by doctor on Wed, asked for a imaging referral and was told by the doctor no need unless if child got worse, and I could just call office and get one. Called office next morning at 8:17 am asking for the referral, and they said they call me back.at 2:33 pm after I had been trying to call for 20 min and no answer, to find status I am told the doctor that saw me is on vacation, no other doctor can request the imaging referral and if i needed it to go to an urgent care as there is "nothing else they can do for my child" - their words. Wow. Thank you central Florida pediatrics! Great job!

I love this place!!! They're so good with my baby, and talk to her like a tiny adult. :) They also take their time when talking to me. EDIT** BEWARE If you change your insurance to something they do not take.. Youre child is DEAD to them. They don't care if youre having an emergency.. They Don't care if you offer to pay cash. THEY DO NOT CARE. My daughter went here since BIRTH. She's 5 now. In December 2021 I was changing insurances. I called them to ask them if she could be seen as cash pay if my new insurance ends up not being accepted. I was specifically told YES. Now today, 4/18/2022 I call them to let them know my daughter needs seen for a sick vsiit. They are 100% refusing to see her since she has active insurance they do not accept. Even though they told me prior that this was fine. Now I have a sick daughter, and I have to scramble to find someone to see her instead of this office having any moral responsibility to a child they've known since birth.. This office is sad.

Dr. Michelle Williams saw my three kids today. She was so wonderful with them. Did a thorough and patient consultation, which is so rare these days. Very happy with the visit. Recommend her to all the parents, who are looking for a heartful listening. The front office staff also needs their mention for being nice and courteous.
