I had strange experience with this dept. I had to call them in the middle of the might to shut water, the staff who came to do the job was so drunk...could not even stand properly, of course he could not even place the key at right place to shut the water! I stepped in. Compassion...did not report. This was some years ago. Now, nobody takes the phone (that 41line). No telephone service? Disconnect and announce it. We will visit you in office.

Absolutely awful service. I have no water at my new place even though I called in more than a week ago to have it all set up. Everything was supposed to be turned on and taken care of. Well now I'm at my new place with no water. When I call in, they have no record of me calling in previously to set up a new address. I would absolutely use a different service if St Pete utility didn't have a monopoly on water and trash.

If I could give zero stars, I would. But rating a utility company is useless Because no matter what, we have to use them. It’s the biggest hassle to create an account, set up an account, and pay your bill. Like can we enter 2022 already people?? You want me to print and mail in a form for automatic debit? What?! But the real reason I’m writing is because I actually did pay my bill online (it’s a huge PITA), although it didn’t go through for whatever reason (what the actual F). They shut off my water. I called them the next day (I don’t live here bc it’s a rental)… The lady said she put in a work order to turn my water on that same day… Guess what? It never happened. One week later, I still have no water. Beyond infuriating.
