This dentist is friendly and compassionate. Dr. Young was patient with my children and was the first face to greet us upon arrival. My kids and I had a bad experience at our previous dental office and I was nervous approaching this new physician. When we left, my daughter said that her dentist was the reason her day was off to a great start! I am looking forward to having my children cared for at this dental office and am impressed at how comfortable and personal it felt visiting. Thank you so much Dr. Young!

I was Panicking cause it was my 2 year old daughters first time at a dentist office, she’s always had issues with regular doctors visits but she was Amazing! The staff was great! And the doctor explained and showed my daughter everything before doing it! I couldn’t be happier! Thank you Thank you Thank you!

Fantastic dentist! Dr. Young was wonderful with all 3 of our older children. She is patient, kind and thorough. We have enjoyed having her as their dentist. Thank you, Dr. Young!

Let me start off by saying shame on me for staying with this office for as long as we have, I should have followed my gut and left. There has been a number of different issues in the years that my children have been seen here. The most recent: My children had their teeth cleaned on March 8th after that appointment, Joann told me that they were having issues with the insurance and she would call me back when it was fixed. I then called back the following week, Joann told me again they were still working on it and she would call me. I then asked her if she was sure it will be fixed or if I need to look for a new dentist.... she responded "Oh, yes we have too many patients with your insurance!' ok, week three I did not call. Week four I called back for Joann to tell me they are no longer taking that insurance. okay, time to move on- I found a new dentist so I called the office back this time I got Lisa (who in my experience never follows thought with anything.) I talked with her gave her all the information for the new dentist. She told me she would email all my children's information over (chart/x-rays ect.) she stated she would call me in two days letting me know they received it with a conformation number. I NEVER received a call. Again, I called this time I got Joann who told me she would send it over . Again, NEVER happened. I called last Friday talked with Joann again..... she told me she has all their information PRINTED out and she would walk it over to the new dentist (new dentist is a few doors down from them) I told her the office is closed in Fridays. Joann then PROMISED me she would email everything over to their office and it would be there by Monday (today) I called the new office this morning and they had NOTHING on my children!!! Again, I called young smile, Lisa answered, I asked to talk with the office manager (Michael) she told me he would not be in until 11 am. So I got in my car with my two children and drove to the office to asked for my children's records. Joann then had the nerve to ask me for my email as I said absolutely NOT I'm not leaving here until you give me all my children's records. (Again, she told me on Friday that she had it all printed to walk it over.) I sat in that office for 20 minutes while they printed everything out. SO unprofessional. I have also attached two pictures of how we were greeted at the door. NO SHOES on in a desist office- discussing! I do thank Michael and the hygienist (I don't know her name) but I always asked if she would clean my children's teeth. They are both so professional and deserve to work in a better place where they are valued for their great work!

I have a 21 month old and I’m looking to bring him for his first appointment. He is hitting terrible two’s and is a little bit impatient. So, I am really looking for a dentist with a lot of patience. Looking for opinions please!

Dr. Young at Young Smiles is exceptionally patient with little ones. She will always various ways that will better the childs experience if there is an issue, So that there is no trouble when your childs visits.
