This place is a joke ! Do they ever answer ? No they rather work on harassing you than actually working . Definitely pulling my three children from here . You’ll never get an answer from this office .

Update, I spoke to a most pleasant person named Sharonda that I believe mentioned she was management. The issue was fixed and my appointment was scheduled. Thank you for being so professional and changing my opinion within an hour of my original review. The first time I called and scheduled I'd have given 5 stars. The receptionist was pleasant and worked with me to find a way to get me established as a patient (i left the extra star up there for her). Then I missed a call trying to reschedule my appointment because the doctor wouldn't be in. I called back 8 times 3 of which got through just to be disconnected while talking to the most rude receptionist I've ever dealt with, 3 which got through the waiting music then silence and hang up and 2 that went through the motions of waiting music, ringing line then voice-mail. We'll see if I receive a call back. I've never had issues like this before. Tamela Bolton

A great Big Thank you goes out to the Manager of this "Clinic" for going over, above and beyond her call of duty and getting me the EKG I needed. I had been to three MCR Clinic's a total of seven times over 3 months and got no help only excuses that it couldn't be done. I was told they couldn't do the EKG until I had a physical and I would have to pay the $400 because there not in my network. I went to the SE MCR they wouldn't do it because they didn't have supplies, made another appointment for the following Friday and was told that I need a prescription for the EKG from the Dr. At the SW MCR . So then I have an appointment I'm sitting there an hour and a half finally get my name called go up there and they were really nice but they said they didn't have supplies and that was very hard to get supplies and would be unable to do the EKG. I got upset and this lady overheard it and she was kind of disturbed at the fact that she had seen me and heard what was going on with the EKG and at that time she took action made the phone calls made sure that parish clinic had supplies and she sent me over there to get it done.. This beautiful kind and Awesome individual took it upon herself to make sure that that day I got my EKG even though all the other facilities had turned me away again..

Too busy to with only 2 physicians to deal with amount of patients they have. There is no sense of urgency with these doctors. They take their sweet time to get referrals out to specialist when serious issues occur!! I m going to have to go to hospital to get what I need done! Such a shame out health care system really sucks in the U.S.
