Arrived at 1200. It is now 1524 and our row of cars HAS NOT MOVED. The people with the QR code for people to register keep walking the lot haphazardly and can’t seem to keep track of which rows they’ve allowed to register and which they haven’t. Only one row of cars - about 12-15 per row - is allowed to pull forward for testing. It’s taking 30 to 50 minutes for these personnel to test a single row of cars. And we’re packed in here. There’s no way to leave once you’re in line unless you coordinate with everyone in front and behind to let you out then back into the line. This is a logistical nightmare. Poorly planned and VERY poorly executed. There is absolutely no excuse for this process to take THIS long. The folks in Sarasota need to take some lessons from the folks in Germany. The German rapid test locations don’t take near this long and they are just as busy. These guys really should be completely ashamed of themselves for being this inexcusably slow and inefficient. And only 2 portapotties for the entire site. What is wrong with these people?! This is absolutely APPALLING.

By far the most bizarre testing situation I've ever come across. Long waits, zero explanations. I would avoid.

I've been in line since 11am. It is now 2:15... 3 hrs for a "rapid test". I've seen the other bay across the road cycle through 3x and yet we have not moved. I have not seen a representative in 2 hours. This is very unprofessional and unorganized.

Fast and friendly service. Took longer to srive through and sign up than get tested. Results were even faster for the rapid.
