Vet tech and front desk staff were uninformed about the procedure that I had called and ordered ahead of time, which is off putting enough. From the waiting room to the experience with the vet - this place is not friendly to cats. The staff seems way more concerned about making money off of you than about properly treating your animal. I took my cat and left without having the procedure done, because I didn't feel like I could trust them. (Don't worry, they still charged me $54 for the "consultation").

They are so very helpful and amazingly caring. I have such a great relationship with both the vets and vet staff who care for my dogs

Ever since this vet was taken over by Banfield their prices and service is horrible. I took my dog in for a dental cleaning that is "included" on their wellness plan. They ended up removing NINE of her teeth and charged me $600! Their "Practice Manager" told me if I refused to pay they would send me to collection agency. I admit I did yell at the vet tech when I found out the cost. But I had hoped we could work out a solution on the bill because I clearly did not understand what they were going to do to my dog. I won't ever go here again and I would NOT advise anyone who cares about their pet to go there either.

Lots of love, compassion and professionalism all around as they care for our little fur baby kitten. They also take time to make sure we get the most bang for our buck and over ways to save money or introduce us to rebates. All much appreciated.

Not sure but they are a great place!!!! Sure hope volunteering works out for you there!
"If performed on a human being, declawingwould be like cutting off each finger at the last knuckle. A third procedure is the tendonectomy, in which the tendon that controls the claw in each toe is severed. The cat keeps their claws, but can't control them or extend them to scratch." It would honestly be better to just get their claws trimmed regularly and get a good cat tree/scratching post. But if you absolutely must milhopper at least uses a slightly more humane laser method. There website does not give costs and that's probably something you'd have to call about.
