Pulled up to test drive a car because we weren’t very knowledgeable in Hyundai in general. Between the rain and the temporary location we almost left without going in. However I’m so glad we did. We met with Tom Wolf who showed us the car we came to look at, and was more than happy to answer the million questions we had. We wound up seeing something else on the lot while they ran the numbers on our trade in and again Tom was patient and helpful. Elvis in finance made this one of the more enjoyable purchasing experiences we’ve had, and we felt like we left with new friends. Hands down recommend- especially Tom!

Bought a car back in December from Mike P and I could not recommend him enough. The buying process was very smooth and he even made negotiations enjoyable and full of laughter. He continues to follow up with me and greeted me with a smile and a cup of coffee when I saw him during my first oil change. I couldn't recommend Mike and Lakeland Hyundai enough. I would give 12 stars if I could!

I’ve had my car serviced here twice and have received pushback when asking about the status of my vehicle after waiting 2 hours for a scheduled oil change. This time I got to leave with a fresh dig in the hard plastic of my driver side door and a feeling of them being rushed to put my car back together after their inspection. My fiancé also used this dealership and has experienced the same lack of customer service. Giving them two stars because of Heidi in the service department who has been a saving grace BOTH times. Save yourself the trouble and book your service appointments in Tampa.

When you have the opportunity, please call our Hyundai Customer Service number 863-583-9242 and provide them with the information they may need. it may be necessary to have your Santa Fe checked to make sure the electronics are not an issue and we will relay the information to corporate.
