Very nice little theater screening selected movies in the least suburban part of Cary.

Great selection of films you can't see at most of the other theaters. Theater itself is nice, though it's setup like a stage theater vs a movie theater, so the screen if farther back than you'd expect. Sound was good and picture quality was also good. The seats could be a bit more ergonomic, I found myself not being able to stay comfortable in them for very long and kept shuffling in my seat during the movie.

What a lovely theater! We were greeted by very friendly people as soon as we walked in the door. Our tickets were a bargain at $6 each and there were tasty beer and wine options available right inside the theater. The theater was comfortable and the film (The Kingmaker) was excellent. Can't wait to get back there soon!

Tonight was my first time at Cary Theatre but it won't be my last! It is a small, cozy place showing mostly indie films. You can purchase specialty coffee or wine along with snacks to bring with you while you watch the show! If you get chilly, they have clean blankets for you to use! Highly recommend!

There's a parking lot in the back of the building, some across the street and a few on the street either in front of the building or at the building next door. There's also parking on the street going up and down academy street
Brew Coffee is avalible through the connected lobby, hot coffee drinks, along with soda and water. Basic food like simple sandwhiches, bagels, english muffins, and baked goods are also avalible. Within walking distance there is also Serendipity Cafe which has more options for sandwhiches, and Big Dom's Bagel shop has fresh baked goods like bagels, donuts, and a few bagel sandwhiches.
