When my heating system quit working I called around and found Aire Serv. The office staff was friendly and promptly scheduled Dean to come out and give me an estimate. I was impressed that he provided me with several options, patiently and answered my questions, explained the financing they had available. The installation was scheduled and Ryan showed up at the scheduled time and installed the system for me. He went through and explained the whole system and answer all my questions. I had follow up questions and received prompt calls back. Most of the time it seems once you are done and they are paid you never hear back but that isn't the case with Aire Serv. I would highly recommend them hand down.

With the recent cold weather snap in Tri-Cities, my old system was not keeping up with the below freezing temps. Being a single mom, I dread issues like this. Most HVAC companies could not get to my unit for several days. I contacted Air-Serve and they were able to get me on their books within hours! I am Clay in Kennewick. We needed a/c service during the hottest days of summer. We took a shot and called Aire Serv to look at our problem. Dean showed up the day we called and evaluated the system. The heat pump was over 30 years old and needed to be updated. Aire Serv did an amazing job. Within 4 days the new equipment was completely installed, tested, and working perfectly. Dean and Ryan did top quality work with amazing craftsmanship. They kept their word on everything. We can't recommend Aire Serv and particularly Dean and Ryan any more highly.

My AC went out just as the temperatures rose into the 90s, I called air serve and they had a technician out with in a couple of days. They went over all my options with me and did not pressure me into picking the most expensive option. They were very honest about what I needed and didnt just try to take me for more money.
