Can I give negative stars? Needed a COVID test for overseas pretravel. Made an appointment for a trip the following day. Showed up and they have no pharmacist on duty, and apparently have not for awhile. Walgreens made no attempt to let me know they would not be able to give my test. I had to scramble to find another place to give the test on very short notice, or I would have had to cancel my trip.

Im changing my review. I've been coming here for my prescriptions for the last 3 years. And same for my wife. And with the recent staff change, alot has changed. It seems like morale has dropped, and so has the quality of service. It was almost impossible for myself or my wife to get our medication on a routine basis. Even though we have been getting the same meds for years. And we cant afford to lapse on our medications. We even where the type of customers that stood up for the staff when others weren't being resonable, made sure we had our refill requests in as early as we could and so on. So, unfortunately will be going to another pharmacy from here on out. P.S. Walgreens as a company itself is fine. It's this specific location that was becoming an issue.

Your employee Dave is the sweetest man. I have a broken ribcage, and he helped me through the checkout process and even brought my items out to my vehicle for me. He is nothing but kindness, and a real blessing to have someone so kind helping your customers. He deserves a raise! Thank you, Dave.

The staff is nice which is what earned the 1 star. The pharmacy is severely short-staffed which has resulted in terrible service. Very long lines and wait times. Medications are being filled late due to staff shortages. They have short hours and closed on Weekends. If you can get your prescriptions at a different location, I would recommend it. Unfortunately, this location is the only one in my area that stocks my Medication. UPPER MANAGEMENT needs to put more effort into hiring and retaining their staff. Your pharmacy staff is overworked and under appreciated and it reflects poorly in customer service.
