I came in tonight and I had the worst employee that i have ever seen in my entire life help me. I asked for this gentleman’s name and his name was Armani. His customer service was terrible, he made my ice cream, told his co-worker that “it looks like s***” then proceeded to give it to me after saying that. After that he made several of my ice creams and he made one wrong and had someone else make it for me. When he was ringing me up, the slammed the register and didn’t even tell me to have a good night what so ever. If i were the manager i’d probably fire him or train him better. If you come here, don’t have Armani help you.

Oh the joys of being a high-schooler again. I realize that everyone needs work and high school students are no different but whatever happened to the days of customer service? granted, I'm not visiting a Best Buy and seeking knowledge of an unfamiliar product, but can I at least get a smile and not feel afraid to ask to try a sample??? I always feel as if the boys could care less about their job other than flirting on their female coworkers, but the women seem to be attentive and handle customer's well. Regardless, I'm here to judge the food. The ice cream is good and options are BOUNTIFUL but a bit sweet on the amount of sugar going into the mixes. Like it, love it, gonna live without it.
