I purchased a pass for my son and myself at the park in order to take advantage of their discount for veterans (cannot be done online). I presented my ID to the employee, which she acknowledged, but the discount was not applied. I did not notice the oversight until I got home later that evening (this was a Friday). I returned to the park on Monday to request an adjustment/correction to the charge but was told that they were not able to make this correction after 48 hours. I requested to speak with the manager, who made the same statement. When I expressed my disbelief that they could not find a solution to their error, the manager become snippy and replied, “what’s the big deal, it’s only $4”. It was actually $9, but the amount is not the issue, it’s the principle. When I asked to speak with the gentleman’s manger, he replied that his manager is the owner, and is out of the country. I asked for his contact information anyway and was told that he is not allowed to give it out. Assuming that any of this is true, the owner really should reconsider who is responsible for managing his business as I do not plan to return to this park anytime soon.

This place is incredible! Only 11.99 to bring toddlers from 10-2! It’s strictly toddler time so it’s a safe space for them to hop and climb around without getting trampled lol. Lots of parents and lots of kids! Such a great time for little ones. They give you socks with grips on them so you don’t slip which is appreciated for the kids. Such a great experience

Not even going to comment about the extremely rude staff which is very much apparent. I worked there for a few days and I have NEVER worked in a dirtier place. They do not clean the kitchen at all. If they do clean things they just spray them off such as the glass pans to hold fries. There’s burnt crumbs and dirt on the oven racks, the oven, and the ice machine. Everything looks like it hasn’t been wiped down in years. A kid will puke in the ball pit and they just send in a few teens to get as many balls as they can and wipe it up “as best as they can”. AND they don’t wipe down any amenities such as the padding/zip line/ or just anything that kids play on. This place is disgusting. 0 stars.

Why are you guys only open for 4 hours a day. That ruins a lot of people’s plans.

Morgan Hope | Dec 1, 2019
Urban Air Trampoline and Adventure Park (Owner) | Dec 2, 2019

We are sorry you are unhappy with our hours. From a business perspective, it was not logical for us to be open during the day because most children are in school. We did not have enough foot traffic in the facility during the day to cover labor costs and general business expenses. Trying to find staffing during the day when most of our staff is high school students who are in school was very challenging. Making sure we have enough staff to monitor the facility and keep our customers safe is top priority.

Not that I noticed the two times i was there. If you are accompanying a child it's only a extra $5.99. If you are just going for yourself it's regular price. Only a few areas for toddlers are not for adults. Other then that, you can do as you please. Have fun!

how much does it cost

Kim Bowles | Mar 5, 2021
Andrea Carbin | Mar 6, 2021

There's different options. If u don't live too far away the best option is the $15.99 for monthly unlimited visits plus perks! Otherwise it's $21.99 to do everything per visit but parents get a half off discount with each kid. That's including zipline and climbing wall. If u just wanna jump it's $15.99 for 1 time I think or $7.99 monthly including socks. Nice staff and fun place!

do parents have to stay with the kids

Lizzy Brooks | Dec 1, 2019
Kelly “K2Y-Q1690-17:45” Yockey | Dec 2, 2019

I do not believe so, my daughter went for a birthday party, which are hosted so parents can leave and come back. They do have enough seating available if you want to stay and WIFI, I completed a work project while my kiddos played. My children were older, 9-11 so they could handle the activities on their own. There is space and activities for younger children probably age 4+ but they would not be able to handle being there or completing the activities without adult supervision, as far as no one age X without supervision I do not remember seeing anything specifically. Remember you do have to complete a waiver before entry.
