It is extremely disappointing and frustrating that you did not provide the services I requested for my pets nor did your staff take any time to check your system to determine that my cats were just vaccinated there on 6/11/22. I preplanned the vaccines and the spay accordingly as both my husband and I work full time. I never asked anyone from the staff to "fit" my other cat in. I was told that if I rearranged their appt to both get spayed at the same time, there would be a note placed on my file as if I was a child being reprimanded for simply attempting to make it more convenient for all parties involved. Then when my husband goes into the spay appt your staff states he said he does not know where the cats received their vaccinations making my husband seem like he is lying on his end when he specifically told the staff both cats were vaccinated there and my daughter is a witness to that statement. I immediately called and left a VM stating that my cats were vaccinated there. I was told by a staff member that my voicemail was never received. This again is another lie by your staff as I am adept at making calls and leaving messages. Your staff is not kind and your site is not easy to navigate, which is why I originally asked staff to help me reschedule the spay appts so that both my cats can be spayed together and a second time so that I could have them receive their booster during the spay appt. It is clearly your staff"s mistake in not being efficient and thorough in checking your records to see if our pets have been treated there. The least your office could have done was allowed me to bring my kittens back at a time that was convenient to rectify your mistake. I only wish your staff was as kind, thorough and professional as the doctor on staff. Hopefully your staff learns from this negative customer interaction. I expect full cooperation in the future if my kittens have any issues following their procedure. Thank you Shannon Crucil

I did not like the front lady, she used white out to change the last two numbers of my phone which was clearly visible (the white out and the pathetic attempt to copy my writing) plus I was not given any proof of my cats shots/vaccines.

The rescue we adopted our dog through set us up to get him neutered and microchipped here. We had a great experience. The surgery was successful and his incision was clean and straight. They were very responsive. They must have been pretty good at dosing the anesthesia too because he was barely drowsy when we picked him up and was back to acting normal within a couple hours!

You have to contact the city through the Long Beach website. They supposedly give vouchers (you have to submit an application online for it) but it can take a while for anyone to get back to you. I would also encourage you to call and ask over the phone if the voucher takes too long- they did mention to me that they sometimes have some extra funds that they can use to help those in need.
