I made an appointment on a Wednesday to have a window replaced. My appointment was for Saturday 4pm. They called me on Friday to say they need to cancel my appointment because they didn't have the window I needed. Ok, that happens. My new appointment is for Wednesday 3pm. Come Wednesday, I get a call at around noon askin if I can take my van in earlier, they will have time to do it sooner. We agreed for a 1pm appointment. I'm thinking it's going to take about 30 - 45 minutes to do the job. They tell me it's going to take 3½ hrs. I'm sorry but it does NOT take 3½ hrs to replace a window. I feel like I'm being lied to and played. I will watch them and repost after the job is completed.

Took my vehicle for an auto windshield repair and we are completely satisfied . We were greeted in the office by a young lady who was polite , welcoming and Was very helpful and friendly. Service was done before the estimated time and were treated with respect. I highly recommend this shop , we’ve been serviced by safelite on multiple occasions and different locations (home service ) . They never fail to meet our standards ! They are in network with AAA insurance , which makes the transaction paperless and fast !

They rushed the job, my windshield washer fluid did not work, the hose was never reconnected. My trucks trim piece in front of the windshield is also not installed on properly. I am going to correct both my self
