I don't write reviews often, but this one deserves to be written. Roy Ruttenberg is the best! July of 2021 I purchased a Lexus IS 350 F Sport from Roy at Wilkie Lexus. Fabulous vehicle! I approached other dealerships but Roy earned my business. He was professional, knowledgeable, and diligent in his search to locate the Lexus model that I was interested in with all of the optional upgrades including the premier paint color. It took a few weeks but Roy located a car for me. I took delivery the following week which was a pleasurable experience at the dealership as I received a tour of my new vehicle. 7 months later I noticed an error in the vehicle paperwork not created by Wilkie. I reached out to Roy for assistance. He immediately remembered me. That's where "the rubber meets the road" exemplary of a true professional. Roy promptly engaged to assist me and worked with Toyota Corporate until my issue was resolved. He did all of the work and within one week Roy provided me with the revised documentation of the corrections that he initiated on my behalf. Premier dealerships do not earn their reputation without excellent employees and exceptional products and Wilkie Lexus has them both. Thank you Roy for your continued service and finding my Lexus!
