I’ve been admitted to arrowhead after my car accident, my ankle and heel broken. The nurses here don’t care about anything, it’s like they just come to spend some time in the hospital and do nothing else. With very little mobility that I had, not a single nurse came in to help me to go to the bathroom in 24 hours! When I saw a doctor on my 3d day of being in trauma, he did not assess my status at all, he didn’t look or palpate my stomach regardless of my pain complains and risk of internal bleeding; none of the doctors addressed the pain on urination. When I was discharged I found out that they built my insurance for my pain killers as if I am out patient when I still was in-patient! That delayed me getting my painkillers for almost 48 hours! Then the pills they billed my insurance for disappeared and my insurance is now investigating this situation. If you have a choice to go to another place, you’d do yourself a huge favor.

I was really impressed at how clean this place was. The staff are very helpful. Unfortunately we are here for my sister in law who is getting a pick placed this morning. She starts kemio Friday. This might not be the place for this but I’m asking for you prayer warriors to keep Julie in your prayers. Thank you

My actual stay wasn't too bad, it's the phone experience that really disturbed me. Complained about not only receiving the wrong balance on my invoice which cause my second EEG to be delayed, but Mrs. SHARP felt the need too blame me for something they messed up. I believe she said "you didn't write down the information was urgent, so.." if I would have known that information was needed(its not, thanks for letting me know Beth) I would have disclosed it. We all make mistakes, and we've all learned how people can be since covid started but what I never expected was for someone who works at a hospital to be this uncaring for a person who is clearly struggling. If you make a mistake, it's okay to apologize and recognize, but the way this woman spoke to me was beyond unprofessional, not to mention she lied thinking she would get away with it. I suggest if you need any of your records that you stay on them about it because YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE IT ON TIME, NOR WILL THEY CONTACT YOU ABOUT ANY MISTAKES MADE ON THEIR BEHALF, NOR WILL THEY APOLOGIZE FOR THE MISTAKES, AND THEY WILL ALSO DISRESPECT YOU GIVEN THE CHANCE.

Room need to be cleaned better. The shower looks like it hasn't been clean. Toilet was dirty as well. you would think since they charge an arm and a leg for one of these rooms they would have it cleaner than this. Light was out in the shower as well. The only reason they're getting three stars is because of the nurse is here are very nice.

I agree with you, all the staff at Arrowhead Hospital are friendly and do their jobs with efficiency in mind.
Can't fix stupid Susie.
Insiders knowledge: when you go to the ortho clinic, ask who wiil be the attending surgeon assigned for your case and how long they've been doing knee surgeries. If they give you the name, you can google the person for any reviews.
I would not know, there is a information station on the first floor of the main hospital building. You can get information there.
Yes
Yes, you can call the hospital for more information.
No. That is false. You are Stating the fact or opinion? Because that is not a fact and you would be falsifying and then I could poke more holes which I wouldn't want to do because it seems rude but yet for someone to come and try to fall supply and mislead other people by lying is also very rude so I will call you on a lie right now you were never involved and weren't there you're basing off something on your personal opinion and belief that can never be a fact cause you don't know the details in this case. I was actually called back by the ambassador of this hospital and they apologized for most everyone who was involved.
I haven't email them so I can't say. Send them one and be the 1st one to review it. Sharing is caring thats what batman will due.
No i was blesses with the best services doctors they truly love healing us .. im grateful for them im a better me today
Why won't they sew it back on?
Always crowded. But if it's an emergency they won't make you wait, they take you right in. Otherwise go to Urgent Care.
What name can you put
You need to go to a doctor.. you shouldnt ask that here
Or if a family member is with them, they will give the items to them to hold
All I know is that 10 years ago I needed a knee replacement and they did it in December, and I did not get the proper care because everything was closed for the holiday. I was sent home with a urinary tract infection even though I complained of the pain, before they released me, they said it was just the catheter, so I suffered because they couldn't find the doctor to okay a prescription, and I couldn't get my knee into therapy because they were closed for a few weeks, and by the time they reopened, my knee had Frozen, because of improper therapy, so therefore my knee still to this day is not the greatest, but that was a few years ago, maybe things have changed.Good luck!
Don't worry they usually contact u with all the info like a week or few days before my daughter also had tunes put in a few yrs back
That would be in the clinic building 1st floor (Outpatient Care 1). Go thru main entrance and ask security. They can direct you to the correct location

Yes
Yes
I just called and they don't have set visiting hours. If you go after 8pm you have to go through the emergency room entrance.
Have to see your doctor. They won't give results over the phone.
Yes they will put a cast on.
No yo can't. They have to see you and then they decide who to see based on who needs help first. If you can wait for an appointment I'd go to Urgent Care.
No
Yes, you can ..., yes, you can
2..3 hours
The emergency room will take anyone even if you can't pay, but they will bill you. Same as every hospital. But to get a doctor appointment you need something like insurance. IEHP, MED-CAL or something. But they will help you get covered if you need it.
No labs take about 2 weeks to process.
That depends on a lot of things. If you have can't breath or are having a stoke say, they take you right back. If you're hurt but will live then you'll have to wait until everyone who is hurt worse is seen. I've been seen right away and I've had to wait 8 hours.
I called Arrowhead and the said "some of our patients have sitters" but she didn't know what the process was. Then "probably have to call HR". Hope that helped.
About 4hrs. Its near San Bernardino.
There is a posting of available positions in the hallway between the pharmacy and medical imaging. Also have web site.
