Not recommended unless you can get an appointment with Francis. I had two other therapists, one probably 10 years ago and another last night, both recommended by Francis. Neither did myofascial release on me. For what you pay, I would recommend a sports or deep tissue massage instead. I'm very disappointed and I spoke with Francis as well as the therapist I saw last night. I was offered a $20 refund and I could book again for half price. Very disappointed. Update - I should not have to pay for another session, even at half price, when I didn't get what I expected to get in the first place. And, yes I was literally six minutes late because I drove from Santa Clarita and the 210 freeway was closed which I did not know about. I misread the address on my maps. That has nothing to do with the fact I did not receive a myofascial release massage! I would suggest making sure your employees are trained better. The two I had were nothing like the session you did for me Francis. The "massages" i had did not even come close to the definition of myosfascial release: MR "is . . . .hands-on technique that involves applying gentle sustained pressure into the myofascial connective tissue . . . This essential "time element" has to do with the viscous flow . . . will allow a visoelastic medium (the fascia) to elongate. This technique was not used by either therapist.

Got my first MFR here, and felt balanced and amazing. Highly recommend this place. Also, it's close to a cute little shopping area in Montrose.
