I love going to this Capital One Cafe. Not only is it in the heart of Glendale, but it is also a great place do get my banking done while enjoying Peets coffee on the side. BJ, is the nicest employee I have met at Capital One. She helps with any quetions you may have. She always greets me so kindly whenever I see her, and she truly makes my experience welcoming. I love banking with Capital One! Thanks BJ for making me feel welcomed!

While some stuff can be done in person, majority of the stuff have to be done online or by phone. So my guess, they will tell you to do it online or by phone. They can help you to do that.

I opened my account online- not sure if it can be done in person. The in-person services offered are limited. Their website will give you a list of services offered.
All transactions are through ATM and they're not a regular bank.
Most likely through ATM or you can always ask the agents there; they're very helpful.
Then maybe Capital One isn't the bank for you...the cafe isn't a real branch with real bankers who can take payments or perform bank transactions...if you need to open the account you can surely go to the cafe but they will just hand you a tablet and you open it yourself online....

The employees at the help desk have been able to take care of most of the issues i have had in the past. If not, they know who to call directly and will save you time in that aspect also.
