Donna at DeliciousArts did an amazing job with my custom cake order. She was very responsive and communicative and worked with me to get the cake design just right. The custom cake was to celebrate my wife being done with pumping and they nailed it. I was especially impressed with the piping on the lettering -- they matched the font in my design exactly. I would absolutely recommend them -- they are a 5-star Bakery without a doubt.

I got 6 dozen mini cupcakes for about $30 from the group-on deal. I reordered for an event; 2 dozen red velvet, 2 dozen cinnamon hortatory, and 2 dozen blueberry. I didn't try the blueberry but the cinnamon hortatory and red velvet were delicious! Not too sweet, very moist and looked beautiful on the cupcake stand that I bought from party city. And most importantly, the guests all loved it! My only complaint about the cupcakes is that when they package it, the frosting gets all over the box.

Stopped by by chance and picked up a sourdough chocolate croissant and an assortment of cookies. Never had a sourdough chocolate croissant before. Had a good amount of chocolate (not too much, not too little) and was flaky, which was nice, but overall, it was a bit tough (probably because I tried it in the evening as opposed to when it was freshly baked). Big fan of the assorted cookies (though they were a bit pricey). While I was at Arizmendi, I saw a lot of other patrons ordering the pizza slices, so I'll have to try those next time!
