Out of all the Holiday stations,this one for some reason seems overly paranoid about shoplifters. So “keep your hands out of your pockets” like the clerk said to my mother! Claiming she had sweets to pay for .? Seemed like the guy had a obsession with staring at the cameras when I was waiting to pay for gas and a awkward 5-6 minutes passed by.

So, this station is now a Holiday convenience store. Previously, they offered and I purchased a package of car washes. Since the change in ownership, I have used my washes without incident. However, on this occasion, a gal at the desk through some major poor judgment in her approach to fulfilling the washes. Her customers service in the beginning was confrontational and borderline belligerent. I asked her point blank why she was acting in the nature she was. She really didn't provide a concrete answer only to say there was a timeline imposed to use the old car washes. I asked for the owner, someone named Tony, but she stated she couldn't provide any other info. She ultimately provided the wash since she knew I prepaid for them but the hassle was unnecessary. I'm hoping ownership sees this as the associate said she was only doing what was told. If so, the "ownership" has made a very poor decision. If their stance is wrongly interpreted by the employee/associate, perhaps coaching the employees would provide an improved customer experience.

Great gasoline here. I get the most mpg whenever I fill up here and my truck tends to run smoother. Inside is really nice and clean. Freindly staff.
