My family of 5 arrived at 7:50 on a Friday night. Got our bevs fairly quickly. Minus the water my wife had ordered. After 50min they came over and told us they forgot to put our order in. Mistakes are made….After all. Food came out shortly there after. Bout 75min. No water for wife ever came. No compensation on bill Service was terrible

Customer service.. garbage.. submitted an order online.. large 2 topping, no halves, nothing tricky. . Pepperoni extra cheese.. Order printed out wrong and they made THAT order.. I get why the order was made wrong.. nothing was done to correct the mistake.. was told to order a new pizza and pay for another pizza.. no pizza was taken.. no apology.. nothing....

Love love the pizza! But this new online ordering thing is driving me nuts. I would have ordered multiple times but the app is a joke. Get rid of it or I'm ordering from somewhere else from now on.

On of my favorite pizza places. I had a little misunderstanding with my order tonight, and I called and spoke with Riley about it. She talked me through it and she was really nice and helpful. Great pizza and friendly service.
