Gone here for years. Tonite I ordered on my app picked up my order lady at the window said something bout the tomatoes and gave me my bag. Got home the sandwiches weren't even close to what I ordered. Called and some guy said that's what you ordered. Guess they lost my business.

First time issue - I ordered delivery through the app just to receive a call from an employee at the store saying they don’t do delivery & Id need to pick it up. When I arrived to pick up my order they said a driver had come to pick it up already. I called my significant other and sure enough the food had been delivered. I told the employees what happened and how furious I was he simply said “sorry.” Second time issue - The last order I placed was of 2 foot long sandwich’s, one of which was wrong and my boyfriend had to go back a second time to get the right one. I use to love this subway, but I’d surely recommend a different one.

My first time ordering from this place and it was a disaster. I ordered online this evening for our dinner and the total came to $47.06, and it was supposed to be done by 6:10pm. I sent the family out to pick it up since I was busy at home... and I was surprised to get a call about 6:30 from my son telling me they don't have our order. I sent a screenshot I took when the order was confirmed, figuring they got the wrong place, but that wasn't the case. They supposedly never received our order. Our card was charged, but no confirmation email was sent and nothing was received by the store. My family is upset now, and they are letting it spoil our evening.

Had an order of 5 sandwiches on bite squad and the easiest sandwich which only had meat, cheese, and Mayo was still wrong! The meat and cheese was wrong. It’s incredibly irritating when it’s for a child with sensory issues and food issues. They also for to toast some of the subs.
