Maybe high reviews with residents and there care that's awesome. BUT The care for there employees are not good at all staff are never on time . They expect you to be there for your shift ON TIME but they can never be on time for you . Making friends and family wait while they take there time with COVID testing ect. I bring my friend to work and pick her up daily before and after her shift. Which makes me late or time frame for my job. I would never work here. You have to care for your employees to to get good work out of themmy

If you find you can not take care of your loved one at home anymore, look no farther. Juniper Village is a one of a kind immaculate facility where the employees make each resident and his/her family member feel like their individual needs are just as important as everyone else. The activities are well thought out and planned with the needs of their elderly residents. The directors and staff made the transition for my loved one smoother than I could have ever imagined.
