Yes there are double size lots and a couple lots with homes on the you must call main office at Glendale to make appt. To see which lots are available and fill out any paperwork
Yes there are places where you can live year round. Prices vary, anything from 100k- 500k.
They do have year round camping. The owners sell their places at random. They do have rental sites as well.
Check in with the office. We have heard of many homes for sale before they " came up". We have a place there and we may be Interested in buying a home there!
Do believe at year round you have to buy a lot. But on the other side of the lake is a seasonal campground
