I ordered my package 11/23/2021 got an update roughly around 11/25/2021 thanksgiving it is now 12/7/2021 USA date & I still don't have an update to my package just that it is Compton CA Partner event. I Choose DHL because I here they are quite fast wrong case here SMH ! :(

it would depend. some packages get damaged so they have to return them. some get lost. some get sent to another facility due to human error. i would call and ask

Unfortunately... That DHL doesn't have their phone number listed.. What I would do if you have time to drive over there to inquire about your package. That's really unfortunate it has been a month. And do not take no for an answer ask to speak to a supervisor. Manager n if you don't get results... Document every encounter you have with them then call. DHL corporate. Sorry this happened to you. And if you still have questions don't hesitate. Just know there will be multiple running around. Again SORRY

I'd assume they'll just retry again tomorrow. I don't believe you can actually go pick up your package, especially at this location. Your best bet might be calling DHL Express in Carson. Hope this helps :)

Most likely a lot of people call that number looking for dhl. The number on the business card is not the same number that pops up on Google
It's a routing facility. As it's sorted, it will probably be there today due the holidays.

You most likely can as long as its not on a truck for delivery normally a phone call before helps you save time
