At this particular location it feels like no one wants to work there, and I've been given the incorrect order, thankfully customer service is much more helpful, but I wish it wasn't such a stressful experience.

I came in and had gotten help from a younger lady get my suit and pick out everything and on prompting, call other stores to reserve items for me they said were not in stock. Since the tailor was not in, we decided to come back the next day to finalize our purchase. Coming back the next day, we were helped by a older gentleman named Raul and the fantastic tailor, only to find out everything done with last night was ill fitted and would cost several hundred dollars in adjustments. I am very glad I decided to wait till morning to make the purchase. Raul helped me get 100% better fitting items, had great humor and service, and I left with a smile on my face(untill I had to pay the bill of course but that's the price for nice suit). The service was decent for both of them but Raul took it to the next level. With me being a big(4xl casual Tshirt) individual, with only 1 week notice, they have met everything I have thrown at them without issue. I look forward to returning for my next purchase.

We went in for a tux rental fitting for my fiance a few months ago and the woman that fitted us wasn't all that great. We went in again today and Robert helped us and he was AWESOME. It felt like he actually cared how the try ons fit and asked many questions to make sure he felt comfortable in order to get an actual measurement for our order. Definitely requesting him next time we go in!

Had a wonderfully experience here. We needed a suit a week from the day we went in. Tony helped us out. The store was busy and he was handling multiple customers, but he was great. There were not many options for what we were specifically looking for, but he quickly helped us narrow down what they had in stock. He helped us pick out a shirt, tie and pocket square to really tie the outfit together. The suit arrived in time for the event. The gentleman who helped me when I was picking it up quickly pressed the shirt for me, which was great. Yes, the selection is limited at the moment. Yes, they could use more help. That's life in 2021. Every staff member I talked with was so helpful and good at their job. Thanks!
