This is the absolute worst, the worst, medical practice in the Inland Empire. Dr. Niciforfous just sits on his rear end behind the desk during the entire appointment and does nothing but ask questions. Even if your insurance is through this group steer clear, your health and well being will thank you for it. I went to pick up a prescription today only to find out the doctor refused to fill it because it's been only eight months since I saw him. I have never in my life had a doctor that wanted to see me more often that each year. These people are quacks. Do yourself a huge favor and find someone else. Absolute flakes!!!!

He will not refill your prescriptions even if it’s for asthma or anything you need asap. Highly do not recommend. Staff is rude.

I don't normally write reviews but after the continuously bad service by the office staff I've received it's time. A few months ago I saw the doctor and asked for a referral. When I called back three weeks later I discovered nobody had ever submitted it only to then receive it two weeks after that. A month ago I hurt my back and went in to see the doctor. At that time they ordered an MRI I was told. I waited 3 weeks in agony only to again discover the referral for the MRI was never submitted. I finally had my MRI and went in last Friday for the results. Again I was told to wait for a referral to see what the specialist wanted to do about a herniated disc. I called today to ask if the referral had been submitted only to be told no. When I explained my referral history and pain level the response was "mmm okay, you should just call back tomorrow". The doctor has always been fantastic but the professionalism of the staff is horrendous at times. I wouldn't recommend anyone go here, ever.

I’m new to the area and made an appointment for me and my two children who are under the age of 3. They scheduled me for 9 am. I arrived at 8:20 am knowing I had paper work to fill! More like 3 packets full. Anyway we FINALLY got called back to room at 10 am (an hour after appointment and an hour and 40 minutes after I had arrived). Got our temps taken, weighed 1 child measured the other and guessed on the rest....then waited in room until 10:40 and STILL had not seen Dr. we finally left. Never saw the Doctor!!! We were there for over 2 hours. If anyone who has two babies under the age of 3, imagine the struggle of keeping 2 babies happy for 2 1/2 hours at a Doctor’s office and STILL not see the Dr. Amazingly unprofessional and inconsiderate. I cannot believe the unprofessionalism of this office and their staff! Changing Doctors and I haven’t even met this one!
