UPS has left my last two deliveries at the end of my driveway thrown in the snow carelessly. Completely unprofessional and ridiculous. My driveway was plowed and cleared both times. Lazy workers.

Don’t ever attempt to call this place. You will never get passed their computer phone system !!!!!! Speaking to an actual human being is impossible. It’s a complete waste of time and a joke. Just have someone pick up the phone to answer a question for god sake’sWe apologize your experience at this location did not meet your expectations. Unless you have a one hour window of time, don't plan to ship ANYTHING from this UPS!!! They open at 5pm and close at 6pm!! Thank goodness I ran into a driver coming back from his shift, and he kindly took my package for me!!..Dont know his name but so grateful to him!I'm sorry for your bad experience.
