The pro's at Lube and Latte continue to exceed my expectations. Competitive pricing, professionalism and most importantly, they stand behind their work. Recently my F-150 was serviced and the water pump installed ended up being faulty (bad internal o-ring). This part failure was not due to the shop. The water pump was gushing coolant 48 hours later, and I was luckily able to get the truck back to the shop. Lube and Latte not only replaced the pump free of charge with a new unit, but did not bill for the labor, which was likely in the neighborhood of 250.00. 5/5 stars. Will continue to have all of my vehicle service through LUBE AND LATTE.

I would give them 10 stars if I could. Before going to Lube & Latte, I went to 4 other car shops, and all those places weren't close to the service I received with Lube & Latte. They're all about being honest, reliable, and efficient. They will give you a straightforward answer on any issues your car has and aren't about taking your money. They have great morals and integrity.
