I went there recently to get therapy and it was fine at first . I’ve tried to be positive and be polite , but the therapist there (meila) has no passion about what she does what so ever . I didn’t feel like I could personally let my guard down when seeing her . Her energy was off, but obviously I decided maybe it was just me , so I made another appointment with her for the following week (which is for today 7/21/22) and she had me waiting for 20 minutes and then came out having attitude as if she didn’t know I was coming and as if I was the one who was late , which in fact I came an hour early to avoid being late ..further more, when I reminded her that she made the apt with me for this day she laughed and rolled her eyes and still thought I was going to continue and do the therapy session and be vulnerable with her . I’m sorry , but as a therapist that’s the last thing you should do to a client. I’m there for help , support , and to feel understood …not to feel like someone is upset with me or like I did something wrong ..be professional …show some compassion , and Most importantly be nice ! If you are looking for a therapist who is serious about their job and is all about making a difference in your life and growth don’t go there …(:

No attempt at 6ft distancing in back. Tried to cram me in the small room with 10 people. When i declined the nurse became rude and snappy. I am auto immune and become sick very easily.Not ok, during a pandemic. Do better Update: hour later made it to the room. Writing on the paper sheets and shoe prints. How is this place able to operate as a medical center?

WARNING: Don’t come here! My primary is Dr. Arenas and this month I called to make an appointment with her but was told by the receptionist that she wasn’t seeing any new patients. I had to explain that I wasn’t a new patient and have been seeing her but According to their records I haven’t seen Arenas in two years but even then, every time I wanted to make appointment with her she was always booked. The staff then recommended me seeing a different dr every time and rarely saw Arenas after that. Plus they didn’t explain to me how I became a new patient even if I haven’t seen my primary. So again, I was told to see a different dr but I requested to speak with them on the phone since we’re in a pandemic. Had my appointment at 1pm on Friday and I didn’t receive a call till 40 min late but missed it. I expected to be called at 1:00 not 1:40. When I called back to reschedule, the receptionist said to answer next time but it’s not my fault they don’t call on time. It’s bad enough we have to wait long in person. My new appointment this time was at 3pm on Monday. I waited all day at 3:00 then it hit 4:00 and the this dr never called me. I believe it was Bertha. The staff is unprofessional.

Gracefully Overcoming

I have had one bad experience in the year I have been at Valley Premiere, so wouldn't advice seeing Dr. Alvarez.... BUT, Dr. Arenas has been outstanding! The nephrologists I have seen, have also been really good... The wait-time generally is longer than I care for, but it's that way at other offices as well...
