This ATM here did not give my money when it charged my account for $500. The staff here was cold and rude to me when I asked for help. They told me there was nothing they could do. Will never be banking with key bank or using their atm again.

Opened up an account today. Everyone was super helpful and nice. I opened the account with the manager and she was nice and did everything perfect and had every thing done and complete in like 20 mins or so plus see was super beautiful so i didn't mind being in her office

Went to cash a check at this KeyBank. I just moved to town and I do not have an account here at KeyBank, or any local banks. I have been looking for a bank I like. And I have initially been searching for one by judging my experience with simple services as a non customer, WITHOUT mentioning my potential interest in opening an account there. And judging from this experience, I will probably NOT be choosing KeyBank. This was my worst experience so far. First of all, just to cash a check is $7.50. Of course a fee was expected, because no one wants to do ANYTHING anymore without charging you for it...even if it doesn't cost them anything to do It. But nonetheless, I feel this is a little high when I can cash it at Walmart for $3. But again, I'm bank shopping...so I didn't go to Walmart. But this has little to do with the poor rating. Yes, it WOULD be nice to have the fee waived when they realize it's a one time/first time occurrence, or that I was new to town, etc, etc...but I'd NEVER hold my breath. But here is were they lost my business. As the teller was processing my check, we were making small talk. I had to use the restroom terribly, and politely asked if there was one I could use after our transaction. I was told there is no "public" restroom, which I understand...BUT I WAS a CUSTOMER, AND a POTENTIAL CLIENT. I asked if there was one for customers, and Jess began to get snotty as she told me AGAIN "no PUBLIC restroom". I tried to explain the difference between no public restroom, and no restroom AT ALL. STILL VERY politely. Then I asked if I happened to be here to speak with a banker, get a loan, open an account, etc, ETC...would I ACTUALLY have to walk over to Burger King to use their toilet?? Mind you, this is a serious question, if I choose to bank here...are you going to let me pee if I need to?? I mean I'm not a bum. I'm here cashing a $1200 check for a week's work...Can I PLEASE relieve myself. She proceeded to lie to me, and tell me she's not allowed to answer that question. And HERE is where they lost my respect. Now that she has an attitude, after my fair, POLITE, QUESTIONS...she suddenly stops processing my check, and asks for a second form of ID. I produce a state issued Identification card, as well as the driver license I initially presented. I was told that the two for6ms of ID were too similar, and that she could not accept them. I got the feeling if I never would have asked about the bathroom...my check would already be cashed. I had TWO different, current, state issued, forms of identification...and they still treated me like a criminal. I produce the only other card I had with my name on it...my AAA card. And of course, it STILL was not sufficient proof I am who my driver's license says I am. Lol. I then spoke with a manager, and was FINALLY actually helped. Bottomline, as a customer AND potential client...and (although this should NOT matter) it was also apparent that I actually make decent money...I was treated terribly, given the run around, and it took 30 minutes just to cash a check (and there weren't even any of the long lines this branch is apparently notorious for.)...all while I had to pee SO badly my eyeballs were floating. You guys need some custom service lessons.

have been with Key Bank for several years and very happy with their costumer service, all the branches in Colorado have great service, it's just this recent visit was not very good . They made me wait for a long time. Edit: Still need more tellers Edit 06/08/15: getting worst, only reason I come here is because there is no other key closer to the the area and will have to spend the same amount of time driving, just awful wait times 20min+ for a simple deposit
