My son and daughters orders of bacon were great, but my big breakfast was suppose to include 2 slices of bacon and there was only 1 and it was raw.

Abhorrent customer service, showed zero interest in helping to correct a billing error with their POS system and flat out refused to provide a copy of my receipt from a single day prior. Simply tried to shift the blame to the corporate office and told me to contact customer support after I had already done so and explained that I had done so. Take your business to one of the many other McDonald's that isn't run by unscrupulous and beligerent management.
