You all have got to be kidding me. I went in there to see a notary. Not one person on the other side of the building. Three people wandering around the tellers not doing a thing. And then you have the audacity out of a whole empty building to tell us to go wait in the car. You all are a joke this place is ridiculous.

Today in all honesty was a high-stress level day, in so many ways with the world today, with regards to Covid-19 still around, the Marshall Boulder fires not to mención work/training. Getting to the bank for very important, home business stuff, it was critical! I was explaining to the lady who greeted me what I needed she explained the same thing the Wellsfargo employee prior to her on the the phone told me that I needed an appointment and no one would help if I didn't have one. (I took my chances) Salvador overheard my concerns and the saddest look on my face. Salvador Tones was the kindest and most professional young man to lend a helping hand. Because of him, he saved my accounts from being closed. Thank you Salvador!!

i have been going to this branch for more than 10 years simply because it was very close. But i think it's about time to close my account and nevver go back there again. Most of the staff are very rude, even nasty. I just went today to deposit money at the atm inside the bank. A staff member by the name of Ana was there supposedly to help, standing with a tablet, but boy she was so rude and nasty. I dont think she knows what she was even there to do. Wow i wonder if they know anythin about customer service. Avoid going to this branch at all cost, avoiding the bank all together is probably a good idea, that is exactly what i'm going to do. That explains why they have such a low rating on google review.

Absolutely amazing! Tellers are always happy to help you, Zuly the manager was really helpful with my needs. I couldn’t be happier with my bank. This particular location has gone above and beyond for me so far. Highly recommended!
