Visited the property, and I need something soon, I spoke to Trish and she told me she needed all documents which were given on the same day. After a week of me following up they still had not processed my application. I was told since it took so long that I would get refunded . I followed up the next week was told since I cancelled the deposit is non refundable. Find you a different place to live these people playing with your money time and patients. I did all the follow up and all I ever get is we are short staffed?

Pros: The appearance and hospitality will lure you in. A lot goes into maintaining the appearance of the complex. Clean pools, clean bbq pits, the outside is maintained, they cut the grass seemingly every day. They also organize things during certain holidays for the kids. They have a business center where you can use computers and some fitness centers with just treadmills. Cons: If you plan on having visitors, you'll have to pick them up, as there is no visitor parking, unless you want to have them park a block away or at the target shopping plaza. This complex is focused primarily on making money. Every other complex you go to, even in the horrid apartments in san bernardino, each tenant gets a covered parking lot as standard. Here, some get one, some don't. You can have a 3 bedroom with one assigned parking spot. There would be enough parking for everyone, except for the fact that they built these garages in a lot of the parking spaces that they'd like you to pay for, rather than make more room for the tenants. If you have more than two cars, think thrice: you will arrive home after a hard days work, having to park a block away, simply because there isn't enough parking (again, there COULD'VE been, but they'd rather build garages.).

The Terrace Apartments are a very peaceful and quiet place to live. The environment is great, very clean and safe place for your children. Also very close to many food restaurants and places for great enjoyment.

The apartments are nice. The maintenance people are awesome and helpful. However they let me stay with a bigger dog and then they kick me out, because of how big he was (boxer) . And they are charging me some crazy deposit of $1400 for renovating the whole apartment I was in for only 1 year. Not going to recommend it to anybody looking for an apartments in the area, because of the way they treated me at the end of my stay there.
