First time visiting La Volata Pizzeria. I'm visiting from Palm Springs. My friend Lee Burton took me here. Wow. Amazing ambience and decor. Love the blue banquets. We had the Halibut and Chicken Rigatoni. For dessert, the creme brulee with a surprise berry compote (coulis) at the bottom. Also, the chocolate semifreddo (I believe it was) with Chantilly cream. Excellent service, food and bar choices. Truly a Redlands 💎 Gem. Can't wait to return!

This is a great little place! The staff is so friendly and the restaurant itself is super cute and just a fun experience. The pizza is good, but can be a little hit or miss. I highly recommend the mushroom pizza or the Rosa. Also, the draft root beer is delicious!

Incredible restaurant and awesome server Emmy. We had a reservation at 6:30 and when we arrived there was no table available but they gave us some water and asked if we minded waiting a few minutes. When we finally got seated they gave us a complimentary bowl of their marinated olives. I normally don’t like olives, but I would do some weird things for those olives. We got the Alla Lori pizza and the Rigatoni w/ pesto for our entrees. Both were amazing. For desert we got the Blueberry and Crème Fraiche Semifreddo which was also delicious. A must go place for a date night.

Enjoyed a lovely dinner with my brother and sister. I made a reservation for 8 pm, arrived at 7:08 pm and they accommodated me. PROS: Very friendly service. Hostess and manager catered to my needs and allowed me to order and wait for my party almost an hour early. Expresso was rich and strong. Oven roasted mushroom medley tasted wonderfully earthy and umami with herbs. The Honey Pizza and handmade rigatoni pasta with sausage danced with deliciousness on the tongue. The Verdure Pasta was a complex flavor journey from pungent to sweet. Their orange lavender ice tea was refreshing. The cheese plate was good. CONS: At first the waitress seemed slightly annoyed that I was placed ahead of my party and that I was conducting work and phone calls quietly. The bread was a bit tough and hard. There was no olive oil or balsamic for the hard bread.
