They didn't let me return the hitch that is not fit my car and charge $20 for shipping fee even I picked up at the store, please check your receipt before you leave, make sure the item you are buying is right one for your car cos they won't let you return it, the manager guy was very rude raising voice to me a woman customer. That's very sad and ruin my day.

Came in to fix botched Uhaul trailer wiring install (common issue for them). Turns out they broke my taillight while splicing into wiring and didn't even plug the light into the housing all the way. Mechanics at Rack N Road showed me issue and how to fix on my own free of charge! Super nice and good selection of stuff in store.
