This is so far the best urgent care I've been to, they have real doctor to check you, not nurse practitioner like some other facilities, wait time is short, wont turn you down because of covid symptoms. They follow up with test result timely. Not to mention the clean office and polite staff. Only con is they don't take my insurance, but i don't mind paying cash for the quality of treatment and service.

I have never been soooo impressed with the care I received at this office!!! The receptionist was very nice!! Special thanks to Tyler and Dr. S. Moore-Cohen who were so professional, knowledgeable, and helpful that when I left I had tears of joy for ALL of their help! I WISH I could give them more than 5 stars!!!!!! Thank you ALL for taking such good care of me!!! P.S. I already feel a lot better!!

Very accommodating. Went in with a broken hand and they gave me the care I needed. No beating around the bush. Told it straight and the price at the end was very reasonable. X-rays on sight Which is a super plus. The gentleman nurse was very nice and understanding. I really had a good pleasant experience minus the pain from my hand of course. Would definitely recommend to anyone in need urgent care.

My husbands doctors office recommended Haven Elite so I brought my husband in this morning to get treated for food poisoning. WOW...I mean wow! This team went WAY ABOVE and BEYOND my expectations. Where do I start?? Lets start with the pristine and clean reception area and amazing girls at the front desk who were polite, accommodating and did not miss a beat with us. Very smooth check in. Not tons of paperwork. They got us registered and checked-in in a jiffy. We waited no longer than 10 minutes before a gentleman (and he truly was a gentleman) led me and husband back into an examining room. When we were led back I scanned the back area left and right and I was just amazed at the cleanliness, organization and layout. I have never seen any medical facility this clean and spotless. The rooms looked like they were literally only used today. The bathroom was just AS clean. Dr. Richardson was amazing with us. What a class act. He and his staff were pleasant, comforting and got right to business. He treated my husband and we were out before the quoted time which was wonderful. My husband and I are so grateful.
