If there was an option for zero stars I would add negative starts as I ordered a lime chia agua fresca and paid with a $5 bill and the female cashier told me I don’t have any change to give you so I’ll owe you. I said “No, but maybe you can make it the next size for the difference” and she said I can’t do that and I told you I don’t have any change. So I extended my had to receive my $5 back as she discarded the drink. So not only did she lost some revenue for the business she completely made an executive move and threw away the product. Wow some people just have bad days… won’t be back to this location …

The ice cream here is delicious and is a hit in norwalk with tons of customers always lined up. I dinged one star because while most employees are pleasant the one i got in particular tonight had a bad attitude and made a big fuss on a misunderstanding about our order. I get it your store is busy all day and it was towards the end of the night so you're tired. But having a nasty attitude towards me and complaining to her coworkers infront of us when ive only been nice is unwarranted and unprofessional and i only mention it because even before having to fix our order she was unpleasant. She had the look of someone who wanted to go home from the second she asked us what we wanted. To her it might seem like she did nothing wrong but employees must understand you don't need to say anything wrong , your tone, energy and delivery can rub someone the wrong way and greatly ruin an experience. No one is unjustified in sometimes hating their job but they should always serve customers with a good attitude because that is the basic standard across all industries and customer service related positions.
