Why is the container and the food dirty? What is that hard black stuff on my food? I just don't understand what's going on here. Everythings dirty? I don't appreciate spending my hard earned money on this it's very poor service. The lack of effort, care and respect is appalling to me.

Ordered the chow mein. The noodles were undercooked. 2x visits I asked for small drink got the small cup was charged the large $2.99. When I complained, she pretended not to understsnd.
