They are the best! I have a monthly service and we never have any pests! With the weather and with our travels there was a migration of black widows near the house. I asked if they could spray for spiders and the tech checked our plant beds as well as the house and garage. He explained that they are living in our bushes and some made their way closer to the house. He sprayed thoroughly! So grateful!

Craig N Sons is a great company. They actually engage with you, meet with you and are vary a tune to any insect or rodent intrusions. They work very hard to ensure your home is insect and rodent free. I would highly recommend them. They go above and beyond.

First of all, I would like to say that I have had nothing but great interactions with the employees of Craig & Sons. With that being said, my issue is with their “scheduling” as that doesn’t seem to happen. I have spoken to the front office and let them know my availability and they tell me that they can’t guarantee but that they will pass the info to the servicing employee and that they would call me the day of with an estimated time of arrival. They never call me and just randomly appear when it fits their schedule. I had a rodent issue so they needed to come multiple times to check and I never know what time or day they will come. Not only are they not properly servicing my house by doing this, but i’m sure they are wasting their time, gas, and money by having their employees randomly appear at houses for a follow-up. If management can fix that, this business would get 5 stars as they obviously know what they are doing. As a customer, I just expect to know when, and not be surprised when they arrive and i’m on my way out. They have great reviews so i’m not sure if this is only happening at my home.
